DONATE | GIVE TODAY

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and successfully release Black-tailed fawns back into the wild where they belong. Although we try to save every fawn, there are only so many we can save, given our limited bandwidth and resources. With one Animal Care Coordinator and a handful of volunteers, we cover over 1,800 square miles, answer an upwards of 100 calls a month and take in 100+ fawns each season.

It goes without saying that with every rescue comes expense. Operational costs add up, and as a nonprofit, we depend solely on generous donations, sponsorships and partnerships to continue providing the public safety service we do. So, just as fawns depend on us, we depend on you.

With your help, Marjorie Davis’ vision - our mission - will continue to thrive. With your generous donations, sponsorships or partnerships, we will be able to pay for things like:

  • Medical supplies and veterinary bills;
  • Formula, bottles and nipples;
  • Maintenance of current or new pen construction at satellite facilities;
  • Pen supplies and amenities;
  • Safety equipment and cleaning supplies for handling ill or injured fawns;
  • Fawn transportation maintenance, gas and safety necessities
